Just a quick post for today...
I don't know if you heard, but, Giuliana Rancic has been diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 36. The manner in which they found it was a total accident, and it was a complete shock as she has no history of breast cancer in her family.
As soon as I heard about this, I popped in the bathroom, stripped down to my skivvies, and felt myself up (heee!).
--But, seriously--
Check yourself out.
Be preventative.

There's a history of BC in my family which is scary. One of my aunts had to get double mammary surgery and had both of her breasts removed. :(
